Welcome to Midlife Midwifery!
I’m Tracy Persons, the founder of Midlife Midwifery.
This work grew out of my own midlife reckoning - a season when the ways I had learned to cope, perform, and push through no longer worked. Like many women, I reached a point where the noise of life quieted just enough for what had been long held inside to ask for attention.
My path has been shaped by years of deep inner work, guided by the understanding that the body holds our history - and that healing does not come from fixing or forcing, but from listening and allowing. Emotional Release Therapy offered me a way back into relationship with my body, my emotions, and my inner knowing.
I do not approach this work as someone who has “arrived,” but as someone who has learned to stay present with what is real. My role is not to lead you somewhere, but to offer a steady, attuned presence as you reconnect with yourself.
Midlife Midwifery is for women who are sensing a turning point - when old strategies feel exhausted and something deeper is asking to be felt. You are not broken, and you are not behind. You are responding to an invitation from within.
This work is offered with humility, care, and deep respect for your body’s wisdom.
Let’s walk this path back Home, together.

*My work is informed by a background in counseling and years of personal and somatic exploration, and is offered as a complement to — not a replacement for — psychotherapy.*
Values
Reclamation
Honoring the slow and often tender process of reclaiming parts of yourself that have been set aside in service of survival, responsibility, or care for others.
Cyclical Healing
Growth is not linear. This work respects the natural rhythms of opening and closing, movement and rest, allowing change to unfold in its own time.
Embodied Wisdom
The body carries its own intelligence. This work supports reconnecting with your innate knowing and inner guidance.
Holding Space
Healing unfolds in safety. Sessions are grounded, attentive, and non-judgmental, offering space to meet your experience with care and respect.
