  • Ideal for more remote clients, or for follow up sessions to initial In-Person

How to Prepare for your Session

Create space for yourself

Set aside some quiet time before your session. Even 10-15 minutes of stillness or deep breathing can help create more presence. Likewise, it is advisable not to return to work or family responsibilities immediately post session. Give yourself some time to just BE with yourself.

Check in with your body & emotions

Notice what’s been coming up for you. Are there particular areas of tension or emotions that feel heightened?

Wear comfortable clothing

You’ll want to feel at ease in your body. Loose, breathable clothing is recommended.

Stay open & curious

There is no “right” way to experience this work. Trust that whatever arises is part of your unique healing process.

Hydrate & nourish

Drinking water before and after your session can support the body’s natural release process.
